A CPA Australia Fellow, former CEO, and seasoned non-executive director, she has a talent for untangling complexity and turning it into practical, strategic solutions that drive businesses forward.

Howard brings nearly 40 years of unparalleled expertise in organics, manufacturing, and exporting to Mayday Consulting Services. As a pioneer in the organic industry, he founded the Organic Growers of Australia and served as its president for an impressive 14 years. His leadership and vision were instrumental in shaping Australia’s organic sector, including co-authoring the National Standards for Organic Produce and contributing to the Australian Government’s Organic Producers Export Committee.
Howard’s dedication to the industry earned him a place in the Organic Hall of Fame and numerous accolades, including the prestigious Exporter of the Year award for the Byron/Ballina Shire.
As the founder and Managing Director of The Koala Tea Company Pty Ltd, a role he held for 37 years, Howard championed Australian-made organic herbal teas. His company supplied major Australian supermarkets and successfully expanded into international markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and China.
An accomplished author of “Growing Herbs in Australia”, Howard’s knowledge extends beyond production to every aspect of organic product development and export strategy.
Howard’s passion, insights, and hands-on experience make him the go-to expert for clients navigating the complexities of organics, product development, and global market expansion.
